Staci grew up in El Dorado, Arkansas, and attended Norphlet High School, where she was valedictorian. Staci attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Technical Writing. In college, Staci was a member of Chi Omega.
Staci attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She graduated in 2003 with honors. In law school, Staci served as Assistant Research Editor and Executive Editor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. Staci authored a note and survey pieces as well as edited numerous articles for the Law Review. Staci also served as the Student Editor of the Journal of Appellate Practice & Process. She is the author of Making Amends, which appeared in the Journal of Literature and Medicine. She is co-author of Punitive Damages: A State-by-State Compendium, which was published in the DRI Defense Library.
Staci joined the firm in 2003. She currently serves as the managing partner. Staci has greater than 25 reported appellate decisions. Staci is a member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and she previously served as the Development Chair. She and her husband Kris, live in Little Rock, with their two boys, Noah and Eli, and their two French bulldogs. Kris is an engineer and enjoys hunting and fishing with their boys. Noah plays baseball, and Eli is on the trap shooting team at his school. Staci spends many weekends cheering them on from the sidelines. Otherwise, Staci enjoys reading, country music, running, and watching Netflix.
